Common Problems:

  1. ICA Client Not Found.
  2. Disable Internet Explorer Pop-up blocker.
  3. Your current security settings do not allow this file to be downloaded.

ICA Client Not Found:

1. In Internet Explorer select Tools > Internet Options.

2. Select the General tab.

3. In the Temporary Internet files section of options, click Delete Files.

4. Check: "Delete all offline content"

5. Click "Ok"

Depending on how many files are cached this process may take a few minutes.

Disable Internet Explorer Pop-up Blocker:

1. In Internet Explorer select Tools.

2. Select Pop-Up Blocker.

3. Select Turn off Pop-up Blocker.

Note: This information only applies to the pop-up blocker built-in to Internet Explorer. These instructions will not work for pop-up blockers that come as part of any other software, such as the Google toolbar or Yahoo toolbar.

Your current security settings do not allow this file to be downloaded:

 1. In Internet Explorer select Tools > Internet Options.

 2. Select the Security tab.

 3. Select Custom Level.

 4. Scroll down to Downloads.

 5. Under File download select Enable

6. Click on Ok

7. Click Yes on the Warning! 

8. Then click Ok

9. Restart Internet Explorer and log back into Citrix.
